Overview

Welcome to Yooker.com. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our marketplace enables sellers to provide services, referred to as “Yooks,” which buyers can purchase. All transactions and communications must occur within Yooker.com to ensure security and compliance.

General Terms

• Yooks available on Yooker.com range from $3 to $2000 (USD).
• Users must register an account to buy or sell services. Registration is free.
• Transactions should be completed only through Yooker’s platform.
• Buyers obtain full rights over completed and delivered Yooks unless otherwise specified by the seller.

Seller Guidelines

Fundamentals

• Sellers receive 80% of the order value after completing and delivering the Yook.
• Payments are processed once an order is marked as complete.
• Sellers can withdraw earnings via PayPal, Binance, Wise, Crypto, or Payoneer.
• If an order is canceled, funds are refunded to the buyer.
• Seller ratings are determined by buyer feedback, cancellations, and delivery timeliness.

Order Processing

• Sellers are notified via email when a Yook is purchased.
• Orders must be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe; failure to do so may result in order cancellation and rating penalties.
• Buyers and sellers may mutually cancel an order without affecting ratings.
• If a cancellation request is not addressed within 72 hours, it is automatically approved and negatively impacts the unresponsive party’s rating.
• Sellers can cancel orders before delivery, but this may affect their ratings.

Buyer Guidelines

Purchasing Yooks

• Buyers must fund their account balance before purchasing.
• Transactions should be made exclusively through Yooker.com. External payments are not permitted.
• Direct PayPal transactions with sellers are prohibited and should be reported.
• Disputes should be resolved with the seller first, but customer support is available if needed.
• Order cancellations must be requested within ten days of order completion.

Shipment of Physical Goods

• Some Yooks may involve physical delivery. Buyers must cover shipping costs, and sellers must handle shipping arrangements.
• Yooker.com is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

Revenue Withdrawal

• Yooker takes a 20% commission on all completed Yooks.
• Withdrawals are processed daily, typically within 24 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is:
  • $4 for PayPal, Binance, Wise, and Crypto.
  • $50 for Payoneer.
• PayPal fees may apply.
• Withdrawals are final and cannot be reversed.

Prohibited Activities

• Sharing personal contact information is not allowed.
• All communication and file exchanges must take place on Yooker.
• Posting illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content is strictly forbidden and may result in account termination.
• Users should scan downloaded files for security risks, as Yooker is not liable for any damages from shared files.

Account Violations & Disputes

• Any violation of these terms may result in permanent account suspension.
• Disputes should be resolved through Yooker’s internal resolution system or customer support.
• Yooker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts at its discretion.
• Changes to these terms will be reflected here, and continued use of the platform implies acceptance of any updates.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Buyers receive full ownership rights over delivered Yooks unless otherwise specified.
• Sellers agree to transfer all necessary rights to the buyer upon delivery.
• Any confidential information shared during a project must remain private and should not be used for other purposes.
