Seller’s FAQ :

1. What are Instructions To Buyer?
– It is MUST to specify ‘Instructions To Buyer’ in your Yooks (you can edit each of your Yooks and add this information). These instructions will be presented to your buyers immediately after they order. And their order will only be flashed to ur account if u’ll tell them to atleast say u “HI please process my order.” It seems irritating .. but reqd for kind of manual approval so that the buyer dont have chance in future u didnt asked him etc..

– The time taken by the buyer to gather this information is not counted as part of the delivery time. Your order timer will only start counting from the time you get the order, pre-filled with the buyer’s info.

2. How can I get my Yook Featured on Yooker.com for more Exposure?

– Featured Yooks are done Automaticlly while u are submitting Yook & After paying asked amount there at the submision’s end page.
– In case u want to get them Featured later then u can visit : https://yooker.com/my-account/ and choose “Feature” and pay

3. How to get more Sales?

– Post a Good Yook Title
– Write detailed Description
– Good related image
– Fast delivery Time
– Submit it

ONCE Our Quality team will approve it

THEN u can Post the created Yook link on ur Twitter, Facebook Or other related forums and as many Webmasters already know about Yooker.com brand and if ur title is appleaing so this will lead to more sales for u and rest we’ll take care of.

4. Are orders accepted automatically?

– Yes Orders are accepted 100% Automatically via Paypal and our internal accounting system BUT we moniter all payments in 1 hour of payment so that there are no Frauded Paypal Accounts used to make us payment for Yooks.

5. Why is there a holding period for my revenues?

– Earlier for 3 months of Yooker.com launch, We use to pay same day of request BUT to maintain the Yooks Quality,Reducing Paypal frauds/disputes, chargebacks and after Buyers Feedback weve made it only 1 day.
– It means that your hard earned Money can only be withdrawn after that < 1 day, we Send Money to your account same day.

6. Why can’t I find my Yook after submission?

– Yooks once made by you are queued in approval process and our quality Monitoring team check and approve them. In case there are Bad,Spam etc… yooks we BAN that USER Accounts and atimes IP addresses too.

– DO remember to get your YOOK approved FAST do take care of quality choose Proper Category while making YOOK

7. How many Yooks can I offer in total in my user Account ?

– We currently allow a total of up to 70 Yooks per account.

8. Can i make more then 1 user account?

– yes, you are welcome!

9. Why my Yook Job is not marked as complete ?

– Most of Yook Jobs are changed to completed within 2-4 days of delivery. In ur case order seems not complete or failed to reply to buyer, u are suggested to send message to Buyer saying just confirm if u are happy with orders and this will speed up things … DO follow ur order id : https://yooker.com/my-account/shopping/ for sending any messsages

10. How can I Re edit the price of my Yook ?

– Once the Yooke is posted, You can’t change its price as a seller except other details .

11. How can I tip a seller ?

– To Tip a seller, better buy his Yook once again and mention its Tip Or tell him to create some yook for u for specific amount.

12. Job Marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive my order ?

– AH … now where our Quality Monkeys starts working … If uve placed an order with a seller, and its marked as Delivered without providing service / product, Send message to seller about the item AND if he didn’t contact you back in 72 hours, don’t mark the job as complete, instead submit a ticket to us and explain the problem ( include your username and order # ) we’ll bite his account and will credit u ur $$ back in ur Yooker account.

Questions from Buyers

1. Can I save any Listed Yooks I like for later ordering?
– YES sure ! Just click that YOOK to add to Watch List – “Red heart” button i.e. on each Yook’s Detail page. Saved Yooks will be added to your ‘My Favorites’ page under your Profile in the Menu at the top menu. i.e. : https://yooker.com/my-favorites/
– You cant save Sellers BUT only Yooks links

2. I cancelled my order and can’t see my money back in my PayPal account.
– According to our Terms of Service, when an order is cancelled, the funds are returned to your account balance. These funds are made available for future purchases on this site only.
– DONT open Dispute with paypal .. This page: https://yooker.com/terms_of_service/ will be given to PayPal as proof that you agreed not to open a dispute.
– If u decide that you don’t want to use Yooker.com service anymore and have no use of your balance, please contact us and we will issue a refund (according to our Terms of Service) in few hours.

3. Ive ordered few days back and there is no Response by Seller .. what to do ?
– Send him last message saying in 48 hours i’ll cancel my order incase u’ll not reply
– and if STILL he dont reply .. cancel order manually or tell us we’ll do the same and amount will be Automagically come in to your Yooker.com account

1. What is Instant Delivery ?
– Sellers can INSTANTLY Deliver their product after payment is made by the buyer. This is the Best and Secure feature for Action Lovers/Takers and person with Zero Patience :). Sellers can Deliver Digital downloads reports,Lists,Softwares etc… anything (Except Girls and Beer) to Buyers without any Tension or extra effort. Sellers can give external link to download files (from their server or Anywhere) or Upload file to Yooker.com.

How do I use it?
– Damn Easy.. When creating new Yook, Select the “Max Days to Deliver” -> “Instant” to enable this wonderful feature! and you are done.

2. Buyer is approaching me to pay directly to his paypal account, should i pay him ?
– NO never do that … we are only responsible for the payments made via our site, and do report the seller to our support dept. and we’ll bann the user immediately to avoid frauds

3. Ive made payment to paypal BUT didnt see order in my account why so ?
– Reason could be any .. might be paypal was not in good mood OR my girlfriend … BUT u need not worry … just open tkt with transaction id OR forward us email uve recd from paypal and we’ll credit that order in ur account

4. Site was not opening a times OR I see some bad code on site
– Ah … u know Shit happens … we might be updating site OR server is overloaded or any thing … but whatsoever u see PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE u r NOW swear to GOD by us SO DO send us detailed mail 😉 … we’ll tell GOD to have mercy on u and make u BIG $$$

5. I want to pay via other payment option like Payoneer, Payza, Skrill, Credit Card etc… ?
– Contact support with the amount u want to pay and options u want at Support and we’ll get back to u asap
